Certificate of Need/Route Permit Application Comments
If you would like to submit comments to the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission for consideration in the regulatory process as part of the Route Permit Application, please visit the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission Online Comment Form. Comments are due by August 1, 2024.
Be sure to include the docket numbers in your submittal: Certificate of Need - 22-532; Route Permit - 023-157.
